If you are still using saves as your primary statistical measurement of relievers, it's time to consider a change.

Interesting combination of stats there. (GIDP seems like an odd choice, though, considering it's an "extra" offensive cat.) I'm also in a roto league that moved to using holds (as a separate category) and we're pretty happy with the results.

Our league uses: OBP, SLG, R, HR, RBI, SB .. ERA, WHIP, QS, K, SV, HLD

mbuser - we use GIDP as essentially a "wildcard" category to infuse a little luck into a weekly series. The stat also brings the value of hitters down to the point where starting pitchers are equal to the best hitters. I'm with you on QS as well. I can't understand using W as a measurement for starting pitchers. It's almost as random as GIDP.
