I will probably be okay without doing so, but I'd like to add an extra pitcher I could potentially keep.

Should I try to trade Freeman (rd 13) for one of Arrieta (19), Carrasco (20), or Richards (22)?

Arrieta looks like the best of that bunch if you know you're not going to keep Freeman.
