Should I trade a bat for a pitcher?

Hey guys i'd appreciate any and all advice. 12 team deep league MI/CI 4 Of's and 2 utility spots. My offense has been rolling for the most part this year I'm either 1st or 2nd on the season for the counting stats. Would you try to balance out my squad by swapping a bat for a top pitcher?
