What pitcher is Alex Rios worth?

This is what I'm dealing with.  I need to move some of my bench spots to pitching.  I would like to trade Rios.  Thoughts on who I should be going after?

its really hard to say who you should focus on.. since in a 12 team league, you have to look at what teams would need and outfielder and then see who their pitchers are 

having said that... i would say going after guys like mike minor, kris medlen, cc sabathia, jeff samardzija, hiroki kuroda etc
